The SafePlans Philosophy

Federal agencies emphasize local preparedness to states, and states in turn pass this doctrine onto counties and cities. While this emphasis on emergency preparedness is well-meaning and critically important; inevitably “local” planning stops far short of reaching the place where being prepared matters the most – the facility that will be most directly affected by the emergency.
